About Me

My Journey

  

Over the past four years as a Personal Trainer and Boxing / Kickboxing coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, from as young as 3 to 60, helping them develop new skills, improve fitness, build confidence, and maintain a healthier lifestyle.


Alongside this, I have valuable experience supporting individuals with neurological conditions and disabilities, including autism, ADHD, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. I also offer home visits, providing tailored training sessions for wheelchair users in the comfort of their own space.


My own journey as an athlete has taken me through a range of events, from Tough Mudder and endurance races such as duathlons and triathlons, to White Collar Boxing matches and Kickboxing tournaments. Most recently, I competed in the ICO Oxford Champions Kickboxing Tournament 2025, earning 2nd and 3rd place in the novice and intermediate divisions.


The vigorous training and challenges I’ve faced in these events have pushed me to overcome both physical and mental barriers. I now channel those lessons into my coaching, empowering clients to break through their own limits and achieve their goals with confidence. 


Boxing / Kickboxing Coaching


I’m here to support anyone on their martial arts journey, whether you’re a complete beginner taking your first steps, an intermediate building confidence, or an advanced fighter looking to refine your skills.


I currently hold a Blue Belt in Kickboxing and bring both passion and discipline to my coaching. As a Boxing and Kickboxing coach, I take pride in meeting clients at their current level and helping them progress with a clear, structured approach.


My training philosophy focuses on mastering the fundamentals while steadily developing advanced skills. Here are some of the elements we'll work on:


  • Solid fundamentals and proper technique
  • Footwork, balance, and movement efficiency
  • Head movement, defence, and ring awareness
  • Reaction speed, timing, and coordination
  • Punch and kick speed, power, and precision
     

Whether your goal is to build fitness, improve confidence, sharpen self-defence, or prepare for competition, I’ll provide the tools, structure, and motivation to get you there.


Personal Training


I also bring expertise in calisthenics and strength and conditioning, with a strong focus on stability, mobility, balance, and coordination to build a well-rounded foundation. 


For clients aiming to improve fitness, manage weight, or prepare for events such as triathlons, duathlons, and marathons, I create structured training plans backed by practical nutritional advice.


My goal is to help you perform at your best, stay injury-free, and feel confident in both your training and everyday life.
