About Me

Over the last few years I've overcome new challenges such as taking part in Duathlons and Triathlons covering Sprint and Olympic distances. 


My most recent challenge was to take part in a white collar charity boxing event in 2022 which with the coaching and guidance from my cousin (Head Coach at Average Mo's) allowed me to get the win.


Vigorous training throughout these events have allowed me to push through physical and mental boundaries and I translate my experience in a way to enable my clients to work towards their goals.


In the last couple of years working as a personal trainer at David Lloyd and Average Mo's, I've helped many individuals on their fitness journey.

Beat Boxing By Baz


A fun workout session which involves choreographed shadow boxing to a variety of music genres including Hip - Hop, Afro Beats, Reggaeton and House.


The aim is to build on technical skills following slow to fast beats which gives individuals a mixed intensity workout.
